Castle Hill Argentine Asado 2022

A tradition dating back to the mid 1800’s in the pampa region of Argentina, an Asado is a South American barbeque celebrating the fresh flavors of the region. Taking place, the evenings of August 3rd and August 17th, Castle Hill Inn will welcome guests for an authentic Argentine Asado.
The four-course al fresco dinner will be served under the evening summer skies on Castle Hill Inn’s breathtaking 40 acres. The menu highlights wood-grilled steaks and seafood along with braised short ribs – all prepared in the Argentine style and paired with Argentine wines of course!
Our Asado’s are scheduled for August 3rd and August 17th both starting at 6 PM. Cost will be $550 for a table of four or $1,000 for a table of eight (gratuity included).
