Gracie’s and St. Andrew’s School in Barrington, RI, will come together on Sunday, November 12, 2023, for a Spanish Tapas Dinner benefiting the Afghan Student Program. Guests will enjoy a variety of Spanish Tapas and a three-course dinner featuring Paella as a main course, prepared by Gracie’s Executive Chef Matthew Varga and Chef Pamela Farmer. A live auction and raffle will also be available.
St. Andrew’s School was established in 1893 as a school for orphan boys and now is a co-ed college preparatory independent school serving students in grades 6-PG. The school has a longstanding commitment to supporting students in need and from around the world. The St. Andrew’s Board of Trustees, acting in unity with the school’s founding mission, provides tuition support to refugees, giving them an opportunity to live, study, and become part of the St. Andrew’s community for the four-year period of high school.
“Each year, Chef Farmer and Chef Varga collaborate on a menu to highlight all the best tapas and flavors of Spain,” said Ellen Gracyalny, Gracie’s Proprietor. “It is a wonderful opportunity for our team and guests to learn from the dynamic duo. This year, we are honored to use this event to benefit the Afghan Student Program at St. Andrew’s School. We are always looking for ways to give back to our community and are excited to help these students have a positive high school experience.”
The Spanish Tapas Dinner will occur on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $200 per person and are available at www.graciesprov.com/happenings. All proceeds will be donated to support the Afghan Student Program at St. Andrew’s School.
