Newport Cooks Cake Baking Class with Pastry Chef Victoria Kenyon

In this hands on class Chef Victoria will teach the  3 basic methods of making a cake batter – blending, whipping and creaming. we will make  We will make and bake 3 cakes using each of the methods. Chef Victoria will also go over how to properly prepare the cake pans, cool the cakes and store them.  BYOB optional. We’ll taste all three cakes in class.
