Join Pastry Chef Victoria Kenyon as you learn to make “beyond the ordinary” French Macarons – those tasty little cookie sandwiches in beautiful colors and delightful flavors. She’ll teach us how to paint on flowers, use edible gold leaf, add small fondant flowers and shapes, like a teddy bear, dog or anything you’d like. She’ll work on macaron piping techniques and teach everyone to make shapes like teddy bears, panda bears, flowers and cactus. We’ll taste everything we make!
*This class is suitable for creative adults and mature children who are able to constructively participate in a 3-hour class that will be partially instruction/lecture and partially hands-on working on technique, design and presentation.
