In this lively hands on class we’ll work together on basic knife skills learning hands on all of the classic cutting, slicing and dicing techniques that will make your life in the kitchen so much more enjoyable and efficient. To accomplish this and make ourselves a delicious meal, we’ll prep for a Greek Chopped Salad and ingredient laden Caponata Sauce to be served atop spaghetti squash. Safe winter squash chopping skills to be discussed as well. Bring your favorite knife or use one of ours. BYOB optional to enjoy with the meal at the end.
