Persimmon Sommelier Series Dinner

Join us for a very special evening on Wednesday, January 25, as our Sommelier, Steffen Rasch, shares a few of his favorite wines from France’s Rhone Valley. Together we will explore the history and winemaking traditions of one of the world’s most famous wine regions. Among the wines poured; a Sparkling Saint-Peray, a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and a rustic Syrah from Cornas, just to mention a few. Guests will get to sample 6 wines in total. As usual, Champe will pair Steffen’s selections with a special multi-course menu inspired by the region.
As the menu is curated with the wine selection, a sense of adventure is encouraged. If there are any food allergies (shellfish/nuts/dairy, etc.) please let us know when you order your tickets.
