Persimmon Sommelier Series: Northern Italy

Join us for a very special educational wine dinner on Thursday, October 6, as Sommelier Steffen Rasch shares a few of his favorite wines from Northern Italy. Together we will explore the history and winemaking traditions of Lombardy and Veneto and sample various wines from Franciacorta, Lugana, Soave, and Inferno, not to mention an Amarone with over a decade of age on it — intrigued? Guests will get to sample 6 wines in total. As usual, Champe will pair Steffen’s selections with a special multi-course menu.
