Persimmon Sommelier Series: Spain
March 8 @ 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Together we will explore the history and winemaking traditions of one of the world’s most famous wine producing nations. Among the wines poured: a Reserve Vintage Cava, a white Rioja, a Priorat and a Bierzo — and of course there will be a discussion about Sherry. Guests will get to sample 6 wines in total. As usual, Champe will pair Steffen’s selections with a special multi-course menu inspired by the country.
