Schilling Beer Co is coming to Attleboro, Tuesday Feb 28th. They’ll be bringing 5 beers, each style from a different European country. These beers will be expertly paired with a different course that correlates to the region of the beer.
Course 1 – Italy:
Food: Bruschetta w/ Marinated Olives
Beer: Aosta Italian Pilsner
Course 2 – Austria:
Food: Tiroler Grosti (Pork Belly & Potato Hash / Cured Egg Yolk)
Beer: Jakobus Austrian Lager
Course 3 – Czech Republic:
Food: Kaludja (Wild Mushroom & Potato Soup / Bread Dumpling)
Beer: Karluv 13 Czech Amber Lager
Course 4 – Germany:
Food: Sauerbraten – Braised Beef / Homemade Spaetzle / Demi-Glace Sauce
Beer: Indikator Foeder-lagered Doppelbock
Course 5 – Belgium:
Food: Gift of the Gilles Waffle – House Liege Waffle / Blood Orange Compote / Whipped Cream / Citrus Glaze
