Track 15’s First Birthday

Track 15, located at 1 Union Station in downtown Providence, is celebrating its first birthday on March 18^th!

Complimentary Funfetti cupcakes will be available for the first 150 guests during lunch (11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and 150 guests during dinner (4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.) with a food purchase.  

“This past year has gone by in the blink of an eye,” said Chris Marsella, Owner, Track 15.  “When we opened the doors, we were celebrating not only the completion of this project but the evolution of my family’s commitment to the historic space, to downtown Providence, and to the State of Rhode Island.”

The highly anticipated historic restoration of Union Station was completed in early 2025. Track 15 opened to the public on March 18, 2025 alongside Providence Mayor Brett Smiley, Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee, Lt. Governor Sabina Matos, U.S. Senator Jack Reed, U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Congressman Seth Magaziner, Congressman Gabe Amo, members of the Providence City Council, and more. 

Since opening, the food hall has seen impressive numbers:

• Number of Guests Served: nearly 750,000
• French Fries: Served 41,500 orders between There, There and Dune Brothers
• Chips & Guacamole: Served 6,197 orders from Dolores
• Draft Beers: Nearly 78,000 
• Most Popular Drink: Sage Advice (Cazadores reposado tequila, Combier framboise liqueur, blackberry sage syrup, and lime), followed by Espresso Line (coffee-infused Grainger’s organic vodka, coffee brandy, and Lil’ Rhody cold brew)
• Events: 139 public events and 105 private events, including more than a dozen complimentary events for local non-profits
• Songs Sung at Tuesday Night Karaoke: 912 
• Number of Live Music Concerts featuring Local Talent: 27
• Total Hours Spent Dining in Igloos: 258 Hours
• Hours Spent Watching PC Friars on the Big Screen: 54 hours and counting
