Dining events like this come along once in a lifetime–literally. This combination of chefs have never created a meal together before and may not again with the timings of life and locations. This is a group of multiple award winners, James Beard Foundation nominees and leaders of their communities, and one that we’re thrilled to bring together for one night only at scenic Newport Vineyards.
- Rick Allaire of Metacom Kitchen
- Matthew Gennuso of Chez Pascal & the Wurst Kitchen
- Evan Mallett of Black Trumpet, Chefs Collaborative Board Member
- Colleen Mulry of Brix
- Mary Reilly of Westfield State University
- Andy Teixeira of Newport Vineyards
- Derek Wagner of Nicks on Broadway and Nicks on Westminster, Chefs Collaborative Co-Chairperson
On top of being a unique experience, all proceeds from the evening will go to an organization that the chefs and Eat Drink RI have been proud to support for many years. Chefs Collaborative is a national nonprofit network with a mission to inspire, educate, and celebrate chefs and food professionals building a better food system. There will also be some one-of-a-kind auction items at the event for guests to help further support Chefs Collaborative.
Our hosts at Newport Vineyards are generously pairing each course with their locally grown and produced wines along with beers from sister company Taproot Brewing Company. As much of the menu items as possible will be locally-sourced for an experience that showcases Rhode Island and the surrounding area through the talent of these seven chefs.

Chefs Collaborative Fundraiser tickets are $150 and are all-inclusive. The evening will begin with a 5 p.m. cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres, then moving into a multi-course dinner with pairings and more.
Due to the limitations of the venue we are regrettably unable to accommodate any alternative menu/allergen requests other than a vegetarian option. Thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter.
