Claudine & Browne Trading Company Caviar Dinner

On Friday, January 30th, Claudine welcomes their partner purveyor Browne Trading Company to Providence for a special caviar dinner on Friday, January 30th.

Chef Maggie McConnell, Chef Josh Finger, and team Claudine invite caviar lovers to join for a special evening celebrating luxurious varieties of caviar from Browne Trading Company.

The indulgent evening will begin with a welcome reception at 6 p.m., where guests will enjoy passed canapés and a dedicated caviar station alongside conversation with Chef Josh Finger and the Browne Trading Company team. An eight-course seated dinner will follow at 7 p.m., which will showcase six different distinguished varieties of caviar incorporated into an elevated  tasting menu.
