Culinary Hub of Providence Celebration of Jacques Pépin

Celebrate culinary excellence at the Culinary Hub of Providence with a special dinner benefiting the Jacques Pépin Foundation and Genesis Center.

Hosted by Chef Joshua Riazi, this event is part of Jacques Pépin’s 90/90 Culinary Celebration, paying tribute to his remarkable legacy in culinary education and community building.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring petit fours crafted by Chef Beau Vestal of New Rivers, and bourbon cocktails, inspired by Jacques’ favorite spirit, crafted by Sophie Szych, followed by a globally inspired four-course dinner. CHOP chefs Joshua Davis and Matthew Weston, in collaboration with talented culinary students from the Genesis Center, will present a multi-course menu highlighting coastal New England ingredients reimagined through Rhode Island’s rich global influences.
