Hangry Kitchen Ike Jime Consumer Tasting and Holiday-Themed Local Seafood Dinner

Join us on November 13th for a special Ike Jime Consumer Tasting and Holiday-Themed Local Seafood Dinner at the Hangry Kitchen! The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a presentation and tasting focused on the Ike Jime method, followed by a delicious 5-course meal showcasing local seafood, seasonal produce, and Ike Jime fish. Each course will highlight the flavors of the holiday season, with family-style servings inspired by Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas. Wine pairings will be available for those who wish to add a festive touch to their meal.

To help you recreate these dishes at home, we’ll provide recipes and information on where to purchase the ingredients. Tickets are $100 per person, and Hangry Kitchen is taking a non-refundable deposit of $50 to reserve seats.
