February 21 @ 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Ocean House, a Forbes 15-Star, Five-Star Hotel, Five-Star Spa and Five-Star Restaurant, Relais & Châteaux, grand resort overlooking a private, white sand beach of the Atlantic Ocean in Watch Hill, R.I., announced the date of its esteemed Black & White Ball for 2026.
The 2026 Black & White Ball will be held on Saturday, Feb. 21. The evening will be a celebration of the UNITED’s first hundred years and an opportunity to help build the next hundred years. All proceeds from the event will benefit The UNITED’s 26 Fund, created to strengthen the organization’s long-term stability and to safeguard the programs, artists, and audiences who rely on it.
“Ocean House’s Black & White Ball is a celebration of our commitment to the lasting relationships we have built within our local community,” said President & Managing Director of Ocean House Collection, Dant Hirsch. “The UNITED has become a vital cultural home for the region, welcoming people of all ages to experience film, live performance, and arts education. We are proud to support their mission and their next 100 years of impact.”
“We’re honored to partner with Ocean House on an evening that celebrates both history and possibility. The Black and White Ball has long been a highlight for this community, and directing its support toward the 26 Fund helps ensure that the UNITED can keep opening its doors to students, artists, and audiences for generations to come,” said Carly Callahan, Executive Director of the UNITED.
The gala will be held at Ocean House as a property-wide celebration with live music, elegant food and drink, festive décor, and a lively gathering of local residents and guests. Ticket are available on the UNITED website at unitedtheatre.org. For sponsorship information, reach out to margaret@unitedtheatre.org.
