Mill’s Thanksgiving menu will begin with Sugar Pumpkin Bisque followed by a choice of Artisanal Greens with a maple sherry vinaigrette, fresh granny smith apples, prosciutto, and glazed pistachios or a Classic Caesar Salad with parmesan cheese, garlic croutons, and white anchovies. Entrée selections include a choice of a Traditional Carved Cider Sazon Brined Turkey with giblet gravy, sage-sweet potato casserole with marshmallow and pecans, garlic mashed potatoes, brown butter green bean and mushroom casserole, homemade pineapple-cranberry chutney, and traditional Mill’s stuffing; an 8 oz. Black Angus Filet with house smoked bacon, mushroom, and onion marmalade with bourbon au poivre sauce; or a Pan Seared Salmon Fillet with roasted kohlrabi, Parmesan cheese, and saffron aioli. A vegetarian entrée is available upon request.
A choice of holiday desserts includes Portuguese Bread Pudding with Madeira caramel, currants, and Chantilly cream; a Pumpkin Tart; a Chocolate Pecan Tart; or a delightful Seasonal Sorbet Tasting.
