Bully Boy Distillery has patiently been waiting for over 5 years to release their flagship Wheated Bourbon, and we could not be more excited to partner with them for our first ever cocktail dinner.

Made by hand in Boston, every step of the process has been meticulously crafted, right down to the selection of corn, grain, water, yeast, cuts and barrel selection and even the aging environment by head distiller, Dave Willis. When asked about his process and use of malted grains in his mash bills, Willis says, “While more expensive and trickier to use, have more flavor and complexity”.
