The UNITED Table – Crafting Spirits: A Zero-Waste Journey with the Real McCoy & Veritable Distillery

Please join us at the UNITED Table for the second event in our new series with the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center. This month’s event will feature an insightful presentation by Bailey Pryor of The Real McCoy rum and Veritable Distillery as he shares his vision for a zero-waste distillery and explores the agricultural roots of spirits like rum, whiskey and gin. The Real McCoy Rum and Veritable Distillery are dedicated to producing authentic, premium spirits using traditional methods and natural ingredients. Their products are crafted with raw materials that were prevalent or commonly traded in New England as far back as the 18th century. Bailey will also discuss the importance of transparency in the spirits industry and the voluntary disclosure of ingredients and serving facts on alcohol bottle labels.

Following the presentation, Jennifer Rothman, director of the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center, will moderate a Q&A session.
