Stroll under the tent for a meal prepare by Chef Renee Touponce, featuring underutilized ingredients from land and sea. Renee, the executive chef at the Oyster Club and the Port of Call in Mystic, is a 2024 James Beard Award Finalist for Outstanding Chef.
