Dolores Cinco De Mayo Plaza Take Over 2026

Track 15, located at 1 Union Station in Providence, will celebrate Cinco de Mayo on Tuesday, May 5th. Dolores’ Kim Gilo will take over the plaza to serve authentic Mexican holiday specials, including handmade flautas, gorditas, and huaraches fresh off the plancha grill. Bar Romolo will be featuring a variety of fresh margaritas, palomas, and Modelo beer, the perfect complement to every bite.
