You’ve seen Le Diner en Blanc pop up around the country and the world. And now it’s set to premiere in Rhode Island in 2024! What you might not know is that Le Diner en Blanc is so much more than a dinner. It’s a unique cultural movement that empowers friends of friends to gather and celebrate their shared passions for life, food, fashion, and community, with a pinch of mystery and large serving of spontaneity. The location remains secret up until the very moment of arrival. 

Since its Parisian inception in the late 1980s, Le Diner en Blanc has grown to spread joy and elegance around the world to more than 120 cities in over 40 countries.  As Le Diner en Blanc grows organically, a little each year, cities continue to promote local economies (artists, entertainers, caterers) and an ongoing commitment to sustainability by ensuring that guests bring their own reusable tableware and clean up after themselves before departing.

The inaugural edition of Le Diner en Blanc – Rhode Island will be produced by the same team of experienced event planners and Le Diner en Blanc – Boston hosts: Kathy Lucas, Kaitlyn O’Connor and Ashley McGowan.
