Sakonnet Vineyard Dog Adoption Event 2025

Sakonnet Vineyard will partner with the Lighthouse Animal Shelter in New Bedford to host a series of dog adoption events at the vineyard on Sunday, August 17th.
Guests will be able to meet adoptable dogs, learn about the adoption process, and enter to win themed gift baskets. They’ll also have the chance to enjoy vineyard offerings, including wine by the glass or bottle, tastings, and seasonal dishes from the café.
Attending the dog adoption event is free, though adoption fees may vary; reservations are not required. Wine and food will be available for purchase.
