Washokology vol.6 EWES Omakase Dinner: Japanese Precision with Local Seafood

Join us for an Eating with Ecosystem fundraising event! This exclusive evening features Kate from Eating with Ecosystem, and Youji & Oscar from Washoku Renaissance. We will share their insights on what we aim to introduce to the people of Boston during our 18-20 course omakase dinner. This informative and advocacy-focused night is designed for just 8 guests, taking you on a three-hour journey.

Food: Enjoy Youji’s Signature Sushi Omakase Club and a washoku appetizer experience featuring East Coast seafood, prepared with Japanese precision at Rhode Island fish piers and Youji’s Chef’s Counter. The menu includes approximately 18-20 courses, such as 12-13 sushi, 5-6 savory appetizers, and 1 fruit or sweet bite.
